This is a 100% cotton T-shirt with a pocket on the front (click on the images for a larger view). It has a large four color Round Island Lighthouse Preservation Society logo on the back and a smaller blue logo on the front pocket.

It is available in Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge. It is also available in a Small size, with no pocket and the large four color logo on the front.
